Deliveries:

Where does Colyer London deliver to?

Colyer London is based in central London and we have our own fleet of vans, we will always endeavour to deliver your goods to meet your timescales but standard deliver is either the same day or next morning for customers based in central London.

How much will it cost?

Delivery is normally free of charge for customers in central London ordering office supplies. There may be a charge for delivering equipment or printing orders.

Making a Purchase:

How do I make a purchase online?

Making a purchase is simple! Just visit www.colyer.co.uk, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Do I need to add VAT to my order?

All prices shown on the website are exclusive of VAT (where applicable), which also applies to the delivery charges. However, prices displayed at the Checkout are broken down to show product/delivery charges before tax, with the VAT shown separately.

How do I pay for my online purchase?

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch and Solo. Your card will not be charged until the order is ready to be sent, with the exception of special order or custom items which are charged at the time the order is placed. In the case of orders shipped directly from the suppliers we will charge when we have placed the order with them.

Companies requiring credit facilities may download and complete a new account form (link). Credit facilities are subject to status, we aim to give a decision with regard to credit within 7 days.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email, which indicates that your order has been received. Please note that this email confirmation does not constitute any form of contract between you and Colyer London. When your order has been accepted, you will receive an invoice, which will act as a contract between us.

We have included this term to protect us in the event that an error is made by us with regards to price or availability of products. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the new price is acceptable.

Back Orders:

How will I know if an item I want is currently in stock?

It’s not often that we run out of stock on any item, but if we do, a ‘Temporarily Out of Stock’ message will indicate as such. While we do try to keep our site as up to date as possible, on rare occasions we may have insufficient stock to fulfil your order. If this does occur we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know exactly what is happening.

What happens if an item I want is ‘Temporarily Out of Stock’?

Simply contact us by email or telephone and we will let you know when we expect to have it back in stock. You can also backorder out of stock items over the telephone.

What happens to my credit card details when I pay online?

It’s fully secure.

Privacy Policy

What happens to my personal details when I order via the website?

Colyer London does not disclose buyers’ information to third parties.

Guarantee and Returns

What do I do if I want to cancel or return a product?

We guarantee your satisfaction on your order. You may return a product providing all goods are in an unused and resalable condition and packaging is unopened and undamaged. Goods that are outside the normal range stocked by Colyer London or items that have been specially ordered may be subject to a restocking fee. All returns will be reviewed before refunds are completed.

What is Colyer London’s general returns policy for online purchases?

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at here.
