Digital Presses: what you need to know.

Revoria XMF PressReady for automated job delivery.

Revoria XMF PressReady is Fujifilm's digital print production workflow — automated pre-flight, imposition, job sorting and 24/7 unattended delivery to every press on the floor. We supply, configure, and support it alongside every press we sell.

Own it outright with the modular Essential licence, or subscribe with Lite or Unlimited — whichever fits how the business runs.

Revoria Flow: built into every Revoria press as standard.

Revoria Flow is Fujifilm's own RIP — colour management, spot-colour matching and job control, built into the press itself. It comes as standard with every Revoria press we supply, no separate system to run.

Fiery is available as an upgrade for businesses that want to manage colour and jobs across more than one press brand from a single screen.

Fiery: an upgrade for colour tools and fleet management.

Fiery is an upgrade option from EFI, available on most Revoria presses and ApeosPro — extra colour tools and one screen to manage jobs across every Fiery-equipped press you run. We configure and support whichever front end fits your business.

Fiery Command WorkStation manages jobs, scheduling and colour across every Fiery-driven press on the floor, whichever server model each one runs.

Finishing Quality That Matches The Print.

A press without finishing is half a production floor. We supply Morgana finishing equipment configured for your press and your job mix — folding and creasing, booklet making with staple and saddle stitch, and trimming for a clean edge.

Service & Support To Keep Your Press In Production.

Colyer Service Plan is our managed print service for digital presses. Colyer is your main point of contact — your contract and account sit with us. Fujifilm delivers the engineering: genuine parts, manufacturer-trained engineers keeping your press running.

Who do I call?

Colyer is the main contact and manages the service, while Fujifilm maintains the machines.

What if it breaks?

Call Colyer: Fujifilm's manufacturer-trained engineers carry out the repair. Standard toners are billed on simple click pricing, tiered by monthly volume.

What keeps it running?

Proactive remote monitoring catches problems before they cause downtime (RDHC), many issues are fixed remotely without waiting for an engineer on-site (RIQD), and automatic toner monitoring with Printanista means you never run out mid-job.

Questions About Our Digital Presses.

What's the difference between the Revoria SC and POD ranges?

The SC series (SC170, SC180, SC285, SC285S) is Fujifilm's mid-range production colour line, built for everyday to higher-volume production runs. The POD range (EC1100, EC2100S, PC1120, PC2120) is built for short runs, variable data, and colour-critical work, with the PC2120 as the Supercolour-equipped flagship.

What is Supercolour?

Supercolour is Fujifilm's expanded-gamut toner technology, adding specialty toners like pink, silver, gold, white, clear and textured-paper to standard CMYK. At the top of the range, the PC2120 carries forward the six-colour engine that started with the PC1120 in 2021 -- Fujifilm passed its 100th European installation of that engine in January 2024 -- to reproduce 93% of the world's most-used Pantone spot colours digitally.

What finishing options come with these presses?

We supply in-line and near-line finishing configured to your press and job mix, including saddle staple, single fold, z-fold, and trim.

What service and support is included?

Can I see a press in action before deciding?

Talk to the team about what you need — if it's a good fit, we'll arrange a live demo. No sales pitch, no obligation.

How long should we expect to keep a digital press before replacing it?

It depends on your volume and how the press is holding up against the job mix you're running -- worth weighing against your current workflow software and RIP setup too.

Choosing a press for the next five years →

What if I'm replacing a machine that's broken down, or just want to upgrade?

Either way, we cover the whole move — press, software, finishing, consumables and Fujifilm-certified service — whether you're moving onto the latest generation, replacing one that's reached the end of the road, or want a better service relationship. If your current press is down, call us directly for emergency repairs.

Can you relocate a press to a new site?

Yes — we handle professional decommissioning and recommissioning, and move Fujifilm Revoria presses across sites.
