A single-function printer (SFP) only prints. Most small offices choose a multifunction device (MFP) instead, which prints, copies and scans from one machine.

A3 or A4?

A4 is enough if you never print or copy beyond standard paper size. A3 is worth it if you occasionally need larger documents, plans or proofs.
