Every contract provides access to manufacturer-certified engineers, with all work carried out using original manufacturer parts. Telephone support for drivers and software is included. Ink isn't part of the plan: you order it as you need it.

Can I print jobs at Colyer if my machine is down?
If your machine is down, you can print jobs at our Woking Demonstration Centre. Call ahead so we can make sure a machine is free.
Does the Colyer UpTime Plan include ink?
No. The UpTime Plan covers engineers' time and parts. Ink is ordered separately, as you need it.
