Question 1

Which brands of ink and media do you supply?

Accepted Answer

OEM inks for Epson, HP and Fujifilm large-format printers, plus certified wide-format and office media for the machines we sell and support.

Question 2

How do I find the right ink or media for my printer?

Accepted Answer

Search your printer model above to see the exact certified ink and media for that machine — or call us and we will look it up for you.

Question 3

Can I order online, or does it have to be by phone?

Accepted Answer

Both — search here to confirm what your printer takes, then order by phone or through our online shop.

Question 4

Do you offer account pricing for regular orders?

Accepted Answer

Yes — volume pricing and consolidated invoicing for partners who order ink and media regularly. Talk to the team to set it up.

Question 5

Is ink or media included in a Colyer service plan?

Accepted Answer

No — a service plan covers engineers' time and parts, not ink, toner or media. Those are ordered separately, but we hold stock so you're not waiting on them.
