The customer’s requirement/need.

Anthony had an old Kip 3000 black and white print, copy and scan machine for producing CAD drawings along with a Z6100 for colour images and drawings. The print quality on Kip was not as good as Anthony wanted and the increased demand for colour prints meant the Z6100 was too slow. The customer required a single footprint unit to produce high-quality colour and black and white print/copy and scans at a low cost.
