Large Format Servicing & Maintenance Contracts.

We offer a range of options to maintain your large format printing hardware, ensuring it stays in optimal working condition. Our maintenance agreements provide comprehensive coverage, including the cost of engineers’ time and all necessary parts. With transparent budgeting and no unexpected surprises, you can have peace of mind knowing that any potential breakdowns won’t lead to costly surprises in the future.

ONYX Certified Our engineering team are all ONYX Certified Operators. This achievement demonstrates our commitment to delivering exceptional service and support to our valued customers.

Some of our contracts include scheduled preventative visits for an expert engineer to give your printer a thorough check over, clean and lubricate where necessary and replace any parts that are nearing their expected life. This minimises the chance of troublesome printer failures and as we give the machine a clean and polish at the same time keeps your printer looking pristine.

Our engineers are based in Woking which means that all our response times are going to be good! If downtime is not an option, then a guaranteed rapid response contract will keep you in full production.

If your equipment fails right when you need it the most, we can print your artwork on our machines straight away at your normal contract price, while we send our team to investigate and repair. This way you don’t have to worry about a thing and can go on doing business as usual.

Our engineers are highly skilled having undertaken manufacturer Certified Training Courses from HP, Kip, Fuji, Xerox, Epson, Onyx, and more. All parts and consumables used are Original Manufacturer Parts.

We have the option to pay upfront or subject to contract you can apply to join our evergreen contract scheme. This is a rolling monthly payment scheme for a minimum of 12 months, paid via direct debit.

We understand the importance of a fast turnaround and have a well-stocked warehouse to deliver your parts, inks and media as quickly as possible.

A Colyer Xerox VIP CarePlan agreement covers the cost of all engineering time, all parts, all consumables, and can even include paper. Budgeting is made easy and the cost is controlled by a simple charge for each copy or print.

Depending on your service needs we provide variable choices on engineer times & preventative maintenance.

Our specialist printer engineers are based in London which guarantees fast and efficient response times. If downtime is not an option, then a guaranteed rapid response contract will keep you in full production. Our engineers travel using public transport, so they won’t be stuck in traffic either!

No need to worry if your equipment fails at a critical moment. We can print your document on our machines are your regular contract price while our team investigates and repairs your equipment. This allows you to focus on your business without any interruptions or concerns.

Our cloud-based technology can monitor all assets, automatically sending requests to our technicians when an issue arises. The technicians are able to remotely monitor equipment, plan preventative maintenance and arrive on site with the relevant parts or software to prevent a problem before it occurs.

Customers have access to both of our cloud-based portals:
Helpdesk Portal – to view and comment on the status of any current events together with the full-service history of each machine, and the
EZ Meter Portal – which displays the current state of the customers fleet in terms of availability and consumable status in real-time.
Service requests can either be placed by calling our customer services team or online.

Our system not only keeps track of the machine’s status but also monitors the levels of consumable items. Whenever a replacement is needed, the system automatically sends a request to our customer services team. This fully automated process saves our customers a significant amount of time, eliminating the need to call our office. The replacement item will arrive before you even realise it is required.

A ColourCare contract will ensure that your equipment prints at the best possible quality. Our colour specialists will check and calibrate your machines at regular intervals. A benefit of having colour-managed printers is that the colours between different devices will become much more accurate and consistent.
