Their team is committed to a conceptual, holistic approach to signage that they apply meticulously across market sectors, including corporate, education, healthcare, retail, hotel and leisure, inside and out.

The customer’s requirement/need.

Signbox wished to invest in print equipment to upgrade and expand its print service offering.

Their operation utilises state-of-the-art full-colour print machinery at their facility and to meet capacity with white ink printing, led them to the purchase of two new HP Latex 800W, which were installed in September 2023 and have since become an integral part of the company’s production line-up.

HP Latex 800W Signage Printer

Colyer Sales Director, Oliver Gosden, reached out to the Signbox team to introduce and demonstrate the white ink capability on the HP Latex 800W which would allow them to stand out in a competitive print market and be more creative.

The HP Latex 800W printer has a suite of features that enables Signbox to be more agile, tackle ambitious projects and take on the highest value work. As well as boosting productivity levels, the printer enables businesses to sharpen their sustainability edge thanks to its eco-credentials.

With the latest water-based HP Latex Inks used in HP Latex printers, which are GREENGUARD GOLD-certified and have been designed to avoid the hazards associated with other inks. This means they will be able to deliver applications that need to be installed in the most sensitive environments.

The Signbox production team was impressed by the machine’s exceptional design and its ability to deliver quality signage on a comprehensive range of sustainable media, quickly to meet the demands of their customers. In addition, the white ink was a massive incentive for the purchase.

Furthermore, with the greater capabilities delivered by the HP Latex 800W, Mark and the team at Signbox are now looking at how the company can expand its offering into its current customers and gain new ones.

Both printers were quickly put into action with an environmental graphics project at 22 Horizon.
