As part of London’s network of trusted Apple Authorised Service Providers, we deal with everything from first year and standard warranty, to issues no longer covered by warranty. Our team of fully trained Apple Certified technicians can service and repair all models. Your Mac will always be in safe hands.
For issues that arise out of warranty, we charge an initial fee of £85+VAT to diagnose the problem and for the first hour’s work. If further work is needed, we’ll then give you a quote detailing the parts and additional labour needed to fully fix the problem. Any further work is also charged £85+VAT per hour.

One of our expert engineers can remotely control your computer as if they were sitting in front of it – even through firewalls. Our remote support application is completely secure. By way of reassurance; we use data channels with key exchange and AES (256 Bit) session encoding, the same security standard used by https/SSL. The key exchange guarantees full client-to-client data protection, meaning that even our routing servers will not be able to read the data stream. Every time a new dynamic session is started a new password is generated. This has to be confirmed at both ends, preventing any permanent access.

The Web Help Desk
Our Web Help Desk system is a powerful, flexible tool that enables you to log support requests (jobs) online, view any open jobs and see how solutions are progressing in real time. The Web Help Desk makes us fully accountable for the work we do and gives you the up-to-date information regarding the progress of your jobs.
Your personal log-in lists all of your IT assets, showing a full history of your past and present jobs. You will receive regular auromatic updates andbe able to add comments or updates to a job ticket. Screen snapshots and files can also be attached to job tickets to further aid clarity and communication.
